SpeedGrade HD - Film Finishing on a Desktop
SpeedGrade HD offers real-time color grading and conform of
Quicktime and AVI content on your Mac or PC workstation. Tools
include primary and secondary color grading, masks, pan & scan,
and more. EDL import makes SpeedGrade HD a perfect complement to
editing applications such as Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere.

Work Alone or as a Team
SpeedGrade HD is a powerful stand-alone film finishing solution, but it
also lets you get connected with the rest of the production workflow.
SpeedGrade HD uses the same .Look file format as SpeedGrade DI and
SpeedGrade OnSet. Every seat of SpeedGrade HD includes a ReviewLink
client allowing for live, collaborative review sessions over a LAN or
the internet.

reads and writes Quicktime and AVI video files, including
uncompressed formats, and offers full primary and secondary color
grading capabilities with animated masks, pan & scan, and more.

Non-destructive Grading
SpeedGrade HD brings IRIDAS' proven non-destructive color
grading technology to the desktop. Color adjustments are applied
to the image via the GPU. Grading data, masks, dissolves, and
more are saved as editable XML scripts allowing for easy
collaboration with other applications, including SpeedGrade DI.
Optional DualStream Stereoscopic Module
With the optional DualStream module you can work on
stereoscopic movies with full support for dual projectors or
shutter glasses. |

EDL Conform
Import CMX3600 EDLs from Avid or Final Cut Pro. Create
dissolves, time warps, fades to black or white and more - all in
real-time. Render out at full bit-depth to Quicktime, AVI
or frame-based formats, including, DPX and Cineon.

Pan & Scan
SpeedGrade HD's pan & scan capabilities allow for smoothly transitioning
adjustments to aspect ratio and image framing making it a snap to
prepare different versions of a film for various output formats.

Masks
SpeedGrade HD includes IRIDAS innovative mask widget allowing for
precision shaping of masks to highlight areas of the image or create
vignettes. Use keyframes to animate masks so that they match the
movement in the shot.

Mac and Windows
SpeedGrade HD is the only video-based film finishing solution to run on
both Mac and Windows.

SpeedGrade HD runs on a workstation class Mac or PC with certified local
storage or a SAN. SpeedGrade HD uses the pixel shader capabilities of
NVIDIA Quadro FX graphics adapters to apply color adjustments via the
GPU.
